Directions:

Lotions or Cream:
You can use it 1-5% in any lotion or cream. Just calculate weight. For example: 100gm of lotion or cream you need to add 1-5gm of powder extract (up to your mixtures strength and budget.

Orally:
If you take it orally you need to mix it in a drink to dilute it first. It is too strong to take without mixing. Mix with 8 ounces of milk to help increase effectiveness. Do not take more then once a day. Do not exceed 150mg daily dosage (one level spoon - spoon is provided it is very small amount like a spice spoon) .

Dosage:
One pouch contains totally 50.000mg (50gm). Use once in a day between 50-150mg. Measure daily dosage with supplied spoon. One full spoon is approximately 150mg. Divide portion to morning and evening dosage. One pouch contains between 300-800 portions (up to your daily dosage). Start with 50mg for a period of one to two weeks and increase dosage weekly up to 150mg if necessary.
